What We Export

Our portfolio covers raw kernels (in-shell & shelled), blanched kernels for confectionery and snack processors, and roasted kernels (oil-roasted / dry-roasted). We can supply peanut meal and cold-pressed oil on request.

  • Grades: bold, medium, small (kernel size sorting).
  • Moisture control (≤ 8% for kernels) and oil content documented for processing buyers.
  • All lines follow GMP & food-safety processing with metal detection and sieving.

Typical Specs (Illustrative)

Moisture: ≤ 8%
Aflatoxin: ≤ 10 ppb (buyer spec)
Oil: 45–55% (varietal)
Foreign Matter: ≤ 0.2%
Packaging: 25/50 kg jute or poly-lined bags
Heat-treated (roasted) options available

Note: Specifications are customised per buyer tolerance and end-use.

Common Problems at Farm & Processing Stage — How We Solve Them

Peanuts are vulnerable to aflatoxin if drying, storage or handling is poor. We intervene at each critical control point.

1) Aflatoxin Risk

  • Harvest at correct maturity; reduce damage during digging.
  • Rapid drying to moisture ≤ 8% using forced-air dryers.
  • Lot segregation and routine aflatoxin testing (ELISA/HPLC) before processing.

2) In-shell & Kernel Damage

  • Gentle decorticators and calibrated dehullers to avoid splits.
  • Optical sorting to remove discoloured and damaged kernels.
  • Controlled roasting profiles for consistent flavor and color.

3) Storage & Insect Control

  • Clean, elevated warehouses; pallets & fumigation as per buyer requirement.
  • Temperature & humidity monitoring; silos for large volumes.
  • Integrated pest management (IPM) and periodic monitoring.

4) Cross-Contamination

  • Dedicated lines for peanut-only processing to avoid allergen carry-over.
  • Equipment cleaning SOPs and validation logs.
  • Clear labelling and lot separation in storage and shipment.

5) Quality Consistency

  • Batch sampling per ISO/ASTA guidelines with retained samples.
  • Rapid moisture & free fatty acid (FFA) checks for oil buyers.
  • Supply contracts with farmer groups for volume stability.

6) Documentation & Traceability

  • Batch-wise COA, aflatoxin reports, phytosanitary (if required).
  • COO, commercial invoice, packing list & photos of stuffing.
  • Digital traceability shared with buyer portal on request.

Seasonal Availability & Product Mix

Primary harvest windows vary by region (Kharif & Rabi patterns). We schedule procurement and processing to avoid high-humidity months.

Our Quality Protocol

  1. Sourcing: Approved farmer clusters; pre-harvest inspection to reduce pod damage.
  2. Drying: Forced-air drying to target moisture ≤ 8% to prevent aflatoxin growth.
  3. Processing: GMP blanched/roasted lines with metal detection and optical sorting.
  4. Testing: Batch aflatoxin screening; confirmatory HPLC when required.
  5. Packaging: Poly-lined or jute bags, vacuum or MAP for retail, FIBC for bulk.
  6. Traceability: Lot codes, retained samples, and digital reports shared with buyers.
