What We Export

We supply Indian guava in fresh form (pink & white flesh) and processed forms (IQF, pulp/puree). Fresh grades follow tight size & maturity indexing to balance shelf life and brix. Processing lines use hygienic cutting, blanching (as required) and rapid freezing to lock flavour and colour.

  • Maturity index by skin colour, brix and firmness; field heat removal within 6 hours.
  • Pre-cooling (8–10°C typical) and reefer stuffing; humidity management to reduce shrivel.
  • MRL checks at accredited labs for EU/UK and GCC norms; batch-wise COA for pulp/IQF.
  • Packaging: 3–5 kg ventilated cartons with fruit liners; IQF in food-grade poly-lined cartons.

Typical Specifications (Illustrative)

Fresh size: 150–350 g/fruit
Brix: 10–14° (pink)
Temp: 8–10°C (storage)
Cartons: 3–5 kg
IQF core temp: ≤ -18°C
Pulp brix: as per spec

Note: Specs/packaging are customised per buyer program & destination requirements.

Reducing Problems at Orchard & Packhouse

We mitigate quality loss where it starts — in the field and at the packhouse — to protect shelf life and regulatory compliance.

1) Residue & MRL Compliance

  • Spray schedule aligned to pre-harvest interval (PHI).
  • Lot-wise residue testing for EU/GCC shipments.
  • Advisories to avoid non-permitted actives.

2) Post-Harvest Decay & Bruising

  • Gentle harvesting; field crates, no gunny bags.
  • Hot water dip (as program requires) & antifungal wash.
  • Pre-cooling and firm temperature control in transit.

3) Size & Maturity Uniformity

  • Block/colour picking to ensure uniform ripening.
  • Calibrated graders; remove undersized/overripe fruit.
  • Program-specific brix & firmness targets.

4) Packaging & Handling

  • 3–5 kg cartons with fruit liners & ventilation holes.
  • Stack patterns to avoid compression & top-load damage.
  • Temperature loggers and photo reports at stuffing.

5) Processing Hygiene (IQF/Pulp)

  • Sanitised cutting, blanching (if required), rapid freezing.
  • Metal detection & sieve; microbiological checks.
  • Batch COA with brix, acidity & micro parameters.

6) Documentation & Traceability

  • Orchard/lot codes carried onto carton labels.
  • COA for processed lots; residue reports for fresh exports.
  • PI/Invoice/Packing List/COO; phyto certificate as applicable.

Seasonal Availability & Variety Mix

Indian guava typically has two strong flushes — monsoon and winter — enabling steady programs. We plan picks by colour stage and shipping window.
